WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide. You can find shipping timeframes below. 

Australia:
Standard Shipping (4-6 Business Days)
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

New Zealand
Standard Shipping (5-8 Business Days)
Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days)

International: 
Standard Shipping (7-15 Business days) 
Express Shipping (2-5 Business days) 

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

 

WHO DO WE SHIP WITH?

We currently ship with Australia Post for both standard and express shipping options.

Will there be any customs fees or taxes?

Various international countries may be required to pay additional taxes or custom fees at the port of entry at the recipients country. 

We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery. However we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any import duties, customs and taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary for your parcel to be delivered. 

All taxes and duties are calculated per your shipping country. If you are unsure about customs fees please contact your post office or customs office.

If you do not pay your customs fees your order will be returned to sender and we are unable to provide a refund of your order. 

If you wish to still receive your order and your item has been returned to us we will be more than happy to resend this out to you at no additional cost. 

*Please know we require your order to arrive back to our warehouse before we can resend this.

What if I don’t pay the customs charges?

If you do not pay your customs fees your order will be returned to sender and we are unable to provide a refund of your order.

My address is incorrect can you please change this?

We will try our best to have your address changed before dispatched. Please know if your parcel has already been dispatched we are unable to make these changes. 

We advise contacting your local post office, as they may be able to redirect your parcel to your location.

Order Cancellations:

We will make all efforts to cancel any order prior to shipment when possible. Please note that once an order is placed through our website, we are unable to guarantee any order cancellations prior to shipment. If the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has been finalised we are unable to cancel.
